Evaluation
- Functional Job Analysis: a measurement of the physical demands of a job to understand the physical requirements needed to safely perform that job.
- Pre-Work Screening: a test performed (after a job offer) which identifies an applicant’s functional ability to safely perform the requirements of the job.
- Functional Capacity Evaluation: measures the maximum safe functional abilities of a worker across a broad range of physical capabilities.
Consultation
- Job-Site Assessments: the review of specific jobs, high-risk areas, or facility-wide environments in order to provide specific recommendations for company protection and employee safety.
- Safety Team Participation: active participation on a monthly or quarterly basis to offer your committee and company biomechanical, ergonomic, and wellness expertise.
- WorkWell Consults: working with the employer and employee to ensure any restrictions are appropriate, the company is compliant, and the worker’s return to work is injury-free and successful.
